Supply of Alcohol to Minors & Our Liquor Licence
Under the New Zealand Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 we cannot supply wine to minors. You must be at least 18 years old to use this wine purchase facility in New Zealand. It is illegal to purchase wine if you are under the age of 18 and it is illegal to provide false details to purchase wine. Other age limits may apply in countries outside New Zealand.
To proceed to purchase wine from our website you must confirm your proof of age.
Privacy Policy
Any personal information that is provided by the user of this website is retained by the merchant, Pure New Zealand Wine Ltd, for the purpose of contact and shipping only and we will not distribute your information to third parties. Further Offers will only be distributed if you agreed to this and these offers will only be produced by us and not by third parties.
Payment, Pricing and Currency Policy
Payment is by Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept debit card payments. All prices on this site are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We make every effort to ensure prices are correctly displayed, however, we reserve the right not to proceed should an item have an incorrect price. If an item is incorrectly priced we will advise you and provide an option to continue at the correct price or to cancel your order.
Freight Terms & Delivery Policy
For local New Zealand orders there is no minimum order quantity for purchase, however minimum freight within New Zealand is charged based on one 12 bottle case regardless of orders less than 12 bottles. Delivery time in New Zealand is normally between 3 – 7 working days.
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious.
For international deliveries, we recommend and refer to NZ Post International or nzwinehome for a door to door freight. Details on a door to door freight charges and terms may be found on their website at www.nzwinehome.co.nz. Pure New Zealand Wine Ltd is not responsible for taxes, duties, fees or additional charges that may be charged for international shipments. Returns Policy
Once a purchase is confirmed and dispatched, it is considered final. If you wish to cancel a transaction please notify us immediately and we will make our best endeavour to cancel prior to dispatch. If we are able to cancel prior to dispatch we will provide a full refund. If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty or damaged, we will replace it upon your request. We may require the faulty wine or damaged item to be returned to us. Products are insured by us and our courier up to delivery at your shipping address only. We are not responsible for damage or theft of product once delivered.
Should you feel that your goods don’t arrive in good condition, please feel free to contact us immediately. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
Our policy of “signed on receipt of delivery” is absolute and in line with the New Zealand Governments Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act of 2012 wherein it is a criminal offence to sell or supply minors with alcohol. Therefore all deliveries of wine must be signed for by a person over the legal age of 18 years. If this can not be arranged a card will be left for you to contact the courier company for collection of the wines.
Important to note: This Returns Policy applies to orders within New Zealand only and notification of a damaged or faulty product must be within 14 days from date of purchase.
